We are proud to announce that we have added Phase Two to the development and those lots are available now. They are a part of the overall Neighborhood Plan; 13 – 29 and 72 – 84. We are very excited at the response that we've had in the neighborhood so far and look forward to getting your lot under contract soon.
As we were building out the golf course and the road infrastructure, it became very clear to us that we might as well release, what we previously planned to be, the Phase Two lots.
We will be closing on all of the lots (Phase One & Two), 30-days after the Town of Middleton allows for Building Permits. We would hope that this would be sometime in May of 2021 but it really is dictated by the weather and when the asphalt plants open.
